While the Global Ethics and Compliance Manual cannot address every situation we may encounter in our daily operations, it reflects our guiding principles and assists us in resolving issues and seeking guidance in troublesome situations.

Manhattan Associates, Inc. is committed to maintaining an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management with questions and concerns including instances where you believe violations of standards or policies may have occurred.

In some situations, you may prefer to use this reporting line (telephone-based and web-based) hosted by a third-party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. You may submit reports relating to violations of our Global Ethics and Compliance Manual, as well as asking for guidance related to ethics or compliance matters.

The information you provide to EthicsPoint will be sent to us in a format that protects your confidentiality. We take all reports about compliance and ethics matters seriously and will look into each report and follow up when further action is appropriate.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
